COVID-19 Protocols

Due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak our office has adopted some new protocols to protect the health and safety of our patients and staff. When you come in for your next appointment please expect the following:

  • When you arrive please wait in your car and call the practice. 
  • Masks are preferred but not mandatory. 
  • Once you have entered the practice we will take your temperature, provide you a mouth rinse, and COVID-19 questionnaire form.
  • Air purifiers have been installed in the office for the health and safety of our patients and staff.
